The State of Nebraska, Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist at the Omaha ANDI Center. The hours of this position are 8am-5pm.

Minimum Qualifications: At least one year of post high school coursework or experience in: administration, office management, accounting, finance, planning, policy analysis and implementation, administrative/management analysis, operations research, program evaluation, research, or similar fields or in a field related to the programs or functions of the employing agency.

The Successful ANDI Center Supervisor Candidate Will
- Provide daily supervision to ANDI Center Office Specialists in the completion of the above listed duties.
- Manage and prioritize all work tasks and monitoring of staff effectively
- Train and coach staff to successfully perform Application Management and Document Imaging functions to support the Eligibility Operations Teams
- Collect, analyze and report team performance data to ensure work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Work with other supervisors, ANDI Center Staff and ANDI Center Manager to improve processes and efficiencies of ANDI Center functions.
