Job Description

Job Title : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Professional

Job Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night 4x12-Hour (18 : 45 - 07 : 15)

Guaranteed Hours :

Experience : 3 years preferred, with at least one year at a large (>

500 Bed) Level 1 Trauma, Academic Medical Center

License : Nebraska License preferred

Certifications : ACLS, BLS required; CRT required, RRT preferred

Must-Have : Level I Trauma experience required, first-time travelers accepted, Epic charting experience preferred

Job Description :

• Contract options of 36 or 48 hours available.
• All contracts must end on a Sunday; the work week is Monday to Sunday.
• Facility requires all personnel to be 100% nicotine-free.
• Mandatory charting class on the Friday of orientation week unless advised otherwise by the unit / department manager.
• Scrubs : RNs must wear steel gray scrubs with a facility logo on the back; information on obtaining scrubs is shared upon confirmation.
• OR scrubs will be provided by the facility.
• Weekend / Holiday Requirement : Two weekends in a four-week schedule period (Saturday / Sunday for day shift, Friday / Saturday for night shift).
• Compliance document deadline is the Tuesday prior to the start by 4 PM CST.
• Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours from accepting the offer.
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility.
• The facility operates on a nicotine-free policy; non-compliance may lead to contract termination.
• Orientation : No requested time off during the first week; attendance is mandatory.
