Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with college leadership, including the Dean of Nursing and DNP Director, on doctoral student policies and issues.
- Ensures COA accreditation requirements are met and leads the initial and continued accreditation by COA and CCNE.
- Prepares and manages the program budget in collaboration with college leadership and financial staff.
- Works with the program assistant director and faculty to maintain quality curriculum, instruction, and program evaluation.
- Supervises the hiring, evaluation, and mentorship of faculty and ensures effective course management and student evaluations.
