Essential Duties:
- Work with the marketing manager to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Perform market analysis and research on competition.
- Create, organize, and manage marketing collateral.
- Maintain and report marketing initiatives.
- Attend marketing and company events.
- Prepare marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Ability to quickly learn and process information
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practice
- Organization and time management skills
- Valid Driver’s License
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools
- Experience with research using data analytics software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Knowledge of WordPress
Physical Demands:
Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination; standing and walking for extensive periods of time; occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 100 pounds; corrected vision and hearing to normal range
Work Environment:
Requires working under stressful conditions. Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, medical preparations, and other conditions common to a clinic environment. Interaction with others is constant and interrupted. Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard.
