Job Title: Retail Associate

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Special Occasion Evenings
Salary Range: $28,080 ($13.50 per hr.) – $41,600 ($20 per hr.) annually, commission possible, the more you learn, the more you earn.

Performance Objectives:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service delivering an amazing experience.
- Process transactions and accurately maintain records.
- Cut and fold fabric within standards for customers and kit assembly.
- Straighten bolts, displays, and stock inventory, maintaining a neat and organized shop.
- Locate product and fulfill online orders, which includes the order pick up process.
- Assist as needed with events.
- Run opening and closing checklists to completion to standard.
- Learn about new products and how they can help our customers.
- Set goals, grow our skills, and complete what we start.
Capabilities / Key Competencies:
- Professional with great work ethic
- Excellent verbal and people communication skills in English
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in sales, desired, not required
Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or other services industry.
- Cash handling and register experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine alignment with the company's values and mission.

Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking 95% of the time.
- Lifting (up to 35 pounds), moving fabrics, machines, etc.
- Working hours outside of 9 AM to 5 PM occasionally for related events.
