Salary Range: $31,200 ($15 per hr.) – $47,840 ($23 per hr.) annually, plus commission

Performance Objectives:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to deliver amazing experiences.
- Build relationships that lead to machine leads, sales, and closing.
- Sew, embroider, and quilt samples and perform demonstrations for potential leads.
- Lead generation and follow up.
- Process transactions. reconcile issues, and accurately maintain records.
- Cut, fold, fabric within standards for guests and verify and perform kit assembly.
- Assist with straightening bolts, displays, and stock inventory, maintaining a neat and organized shop.
- Support locating product and fulfill online orders, including pick up process.
- Perform Services function in-take processes and procedures.
- Assist as needed with events.
- Run opening and closing checklists to completion.
- Learn about new products and how they can help our customers.
- Set goals, grow our skills, and complete what we start.
Capabilities / Key Competencies:
- Confident beginner in sewing and willing to learn more.
- Skilled in sales, connecting, consistent contact, and closing.
- Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and people communication skills in English
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience.
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Sewing experience, required.
- Sales experience, required.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or other services industry.
- Cash handling and register experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine alignment with the company's values and mission.

Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking 95% of the time.

- Working hours outside of 9 AM to 5 PM occasionally for related events.
