Relevant legal experience should include assisting clients with federal and state tax planning and advocacy (with an emphasis on business transactions), experience in state tax disputes and appeals, state business tax incentives, site selection and planning, business succession planning, and related work. Candidates must have excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, a record of academic achievement, and be self-starters who are able to work within a team environment and on their own. Candidates should expect and be comfortable with direct client interaction and advice.
