Nature of Work
Assembles and analyzes data and transactions, prepares statements and reports relating to an assigned area of responsibility.
Examples of Work Performed
- Audit travel expense reimbursements
- Coordinate surplus property listings, sales, and disposals
- Reconciles various accounts
- General Accounting Functions
- Assist with yearend audit reports
- Prepare ACH
- Prepare IBT
- Makes journal entries for deposits
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/related field; or an Associate’s degree in accounting/related field plus three years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 5 years experience in accounting procedures.
- Experience with SAP software.
- Excellent computer skills, above average proficiency in Excel, strong organizational skills, detail oriented, strong communication skills, and strong analytical skills.
