Description:
HIRE ON BONUS:
Up to $5,500 for day shift, up to $7,500 for nights
ADDITIONAL PERKS:

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
- Identify the problem and cause of failure through troubleshooting steps.
- Repair or replace parts as required within the defined expectations of the task.
- Maintain high quality service repairs on trucks, buses, & RVs.
- Keep up-to-date on equipment bulletins and product updates.
- Keep service manager and/or customers informed of status of repairs.
- Road tests vehicles to quality check work performed.
- Maintains safe work environment.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess good communication skills, be a team player and provide outstanding customer service.
- Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s degree in Diesel Technology or equivalent experience in medium/heavy duty diesel repair.
CERTIFICATION:
Having prior certifications will be a bonus for wage. Certifications are not required to work at Nebraska Truck Center.
Minimum of 5 years experience with heavy-duty diesel repair
