The Role:
We’re looking for a warm, empathetic, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Charity Services team. You'll be the first point of contact for our supporters, beneficiaries, and stakeholders, ensuring they receive outstanding support and information with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle enquiries related to donations, fundraising events, volunteer opportunities, and general charity services.
- Accurately maintain supporter records and update our database.
- Resolve queries and complaints effectively and compassionately.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless supporter experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to service excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role (charity sector experience is a plus!).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard IT software.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a supportive team.
