Our Sales Development Representatives are the first step in our sales process, used to help grow and develop entry level sales professionals. The role focuses on product knowledge and best sales practices. Our SDR's will be contacting potential customers to inform them about our product or service using scripts. Along with answering questions about products or the company and asking questions to better understand customer requirements.
JOB SCOPE
The SDR will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Contact businesses and private individuals in person to promote products
- Explain the product or service to potential customers
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
- Handle customer questions
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
