Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Laborer with proven attention-to-detail and takes pride in their quality and workmanship. The laborer assists the foreman with construction projects related to civil engineering, such as roads, bridges, pipelines, and buildings. Duties include site preparation, material handling, excavation and digging and operating tools and equipment.
This position may be eligible for a $1,500 sign on bonus!
Duties/Responsibilities
- Installation of conduit
- Installation of concrete/fiberglass hand holes, vaults manholes.
- Installation of street light pole foundations
- Street and sidewalk installation and restoration
- Ability to operate Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, Back Hoes, Boom trucks and Vac trucks a plus
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- CDL Class A Truck Driver a plus
- Operator’s License
- Good coordination skills
- Organization skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional and positive demeanor
- Physical stamina and strength
- Basic understanding of construction tools
- Ability to follow safety regulations
- Experience in general labor or construction (preferred)
- Ability to work in various weather condition
- Reliable transportation
