Position Summary:
Necco is seeking a Lead Wraparound Facilitator to oversee the growth and development of our Wraparound Program while providing supervision and support to program staff within designated office locations. This role includes maintaining a client caseload and ensuring high-quality service delivery in alignment with program standards.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Program Development
- Support the ongoing development and expansion of Wraparound Programs
- Monitor and track family team progress, outcomes, and overall program effectiveness
- Serve as a liaison between office locations and referring agencies within the region
- Actively participate in team meetings, self-directed activities, and collaborative planning
- Engage in community outreach efforts to strengthen support networks and enhance program resources
Quality, Performance & Risk Management
- Contribute to data-driven workflows that empower team efficiency and performance
- Provide oversight to ensure structured daily living activities and maintain the safety of clients, families, and communities
- Participate in the “on-call” rotation, documenting and reporting activities while following up with the team and supervisor as necessary
- Assist the Program Director in regular case reviews to maintain compliance with quality and program standards
Leadership and Staff Development
- Ensure compliance with Wraparound program policies, including adherence to all Wraparound phases
- Uphold and implement the Ten Wraparound Principles throughout program operations
- Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to program staff
- Assist in case assignments and oversee Wraparound cases within designated counties
- Maintain oversight of all Wraparound Program cases, addressing concerns and collaborating with facilitators and the Program Director
- Mentor new staff on training, service delivery, partnerships with DHHR, and overall job responsibilities
- Attend family meetings to provide guidance, problem-solving support, and mentorship to facilitators and family teams

Position Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Licensed Social Worker or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia preferred, but not required
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and families experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges
- Valid driver’s license and required auto insurance coverage (100/300/100)
- Willingness to undergo training and travel as needed
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
- Proficiency in navigating and utilizing software programs, including Microsoft Office, databases, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and dashboards
