What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Service Representative I position at NECHES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION?

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6-months cash handling or equivalent experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
JOB SUMMARY:
- Processing member transactions, i.e. deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks, loan payments, credit card cash advances etc.
- Issuing money orders, cashier checks, and hunting/fishing license tags
- Responsible for balancing drawer
- Completing various transaction reports
Classification: Non-Exempt
Location: Nederland
Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of:
Monday through Thursday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
Fridays 8:15AM to 5:15PM or 9:15AM to 6:15PM
Rotating Saturdays 6:45AM to 10:15AM
