The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and setting goals for the group, ensuring patient safety and quality of care, meeting patient experience targets, and managing physicians and advanced practice providers. They will also be expected to support clinical research development, serve as a clinical liaison internally and externally, and develop the medical oncology program.
