Job Overview
The Necnic Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic outpatient team. As an integral member of the medical team, you will collaborate with attending physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
Leveraging your expertise in Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding, you will work closely with colleagues to establish evidence-based protocols and initiate therapies.
- Evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans under the guidance of attending physicians.
- Work collaboratively with medical teams to establish and implement effective patient care plans.
- Adhere to a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, without weekend or late hours.
Requirements-
- Active Florida License as ARNP or PA.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
- Proven expertise in Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding.
