The Internal Medicine Physician position involves providing outpatient care within a collaborative healthcare team. Practitioners will see an average of 15-18 patients per day and work a general schedule with minimal call responsibilities. Internal Medicine
- Outpatient Internal Medicine with highly collaborative and supportive team
- Clinic Hours : 7 : 30am 5 : 30pm M-F
- General Schedule : 4-10 s
- Call - minimal, phone call only. Nurse Triage line takes calls first - you are backup only. Average two weekends / year and one weekday (or less) / month.
- Average # of patients seen per day : 15-18
- Current team :
- Support staff : 2 RN s, 8 MA s, 5 PSR s
- Practitioners- 4 Physicians, 1 PT Clinical Pharmacist, 1 PA, 3 ARNP s
- OMT welcome
- Slow, thoughtful on-boarding with colleague mentor,
- Same day slots allow patients to see their own primary care physician.
- Epic EHR
- Affiliated with public hospital / Level III Trauma Center with 13 primary care clinics and full range of subspecialists.
- COMPENSATION : $270,000 - $325,000 Amounts listed may include productivity, quality incentives, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position.
- Signing bonus. Moving allowance.
- This opportunity qualifies for the Public Service Loan Repayment Program
- Washington has NO STATE INCOME TAX.
