Flexible 1 2 days / week schedule, tailored to your lifestyle and goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform primary care rounds and manage chronic conditions in skilled nursing facilities.
- Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders, and staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients, families, and facility teams.
- Provide oversight, mentorship, and clinical case reviews as a medical director.
