What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner Position in Managed Care position at Necnic Group?
Role Summary
As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will be responsible for evaluating patients, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans under the guidance of attending physicians.
You will work closely with medical teams to establish and implement effective patient care plans, leveraging your expertise in Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding.
- Collaborate with attending physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Establish and implement evidence-based protocols for patient care.
- Work within a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, without weekend or late hours.
Requirements-
- Active Florida License as ARNP or PA.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
- Proven expertise in Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding.
