What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Staff position at NeCo Seed Farms, Inc?
Outside Staff- Will be driving, loading, and unloading trucks at Facility.
- Will be working outside daily. During busy times(October-November, April-June) there will be mandatory overtime. During harvest time(October-November) we will work 7 days a week, usually 7am-7pm depending on weather.
- Must know how to backup, unhook and hookup containers, vans, and grain hoppers.
- Able to load and unload grain hoppers, vans, and rail containers.
- Warehouse responsibilities will include loading/unloading trucks, stacking product, and staging loads.
- Will be loading trucks using conveyors out of grain bins.
- Will be dumping trucks using grain legs.
- Drive a forklift, tractor, etc.
- Must be willing to do other duties , which could include climbing bins and grains legs, doing bins sweeps, work on packaging line, etc.
All individuals are expected to show up for their designated shift on time everyday and work as a team. Health insurance and partial Paid Time Off is available after 90 days. The shift we are looking to hire for is-
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, Saturday and Sundays as needed.
The times listed are a general workday, some days may require more time
