What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging Line personnel position at NeCo Seed Farms, Inc?
Packaging line personnel- Must be capable of doing the following.
- Lifting up to 70lbs of product.
- Be willing to work on equipment when needed.
- When doing packaging smaller product you will be standing for extended periods of time.
- Drive a forklift moving product around and loading a van trailer.
- Keeping Packaging/Outside area clean and maintained daily.
- Assisting in loading in warehouse, doing bin sweeps, and other work around facility.
All individuals are expected to show up for their designated shift on time everyday and work as a team. Health insurance is available after 90 days along with some Paid Time Off. Full Paid Time Off and 401k benefits are available after 1 year of employment. All positions pay will be based on experience and discussed in person. The shift we are looking to hire for is-
Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm, with some Saturdays required during busy times. The times listed are a general workday, some days may require more time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
