You will be a crucial source of support for the Marketing Department, ensuring seamless execution of all running marketing projects. As Nectar’s Marketing Specialist, you will manage implementation for projects including print media, event management, and digital marketing. Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly deal dispersion.
- Assist with collecting marketing assets and coordinating with the design team for content creation.
- Collaborate with the retail team to support program development and ensure timely implementation.
- Help execute lead generation programs by coordinating logistics and tracking performance.
- Support external sales teams by gathering insights and assisting with marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Compile and analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and report key findings. • Ensure creative marketing materials are reviewed regularly and align with brand guidelines.
- Assist in preparing marketing plans, tracking campaign results, and providing insights for senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors and business partners to facilitate marketing initiatives and maintain relationships.
- Work closely with team members to support company-wide marketing objectives.
- Uphold company vision and values through daily interactions and responsibilities.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment by managing multiple tasks efficiently and supporting decision-making processes.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $53K- $60K depending on experience.

- Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
- Comfortable learning new hardware and technology/systems.
