Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every guest that enters the building
- Multi-tasking is a must. Team member is a host, server, retail worker, food prepper, maintenance cleaner, beverage preparer and product stocker at any given moment.
- Be or Become an ‘expert’ in the field of Wine and Craft Beer
- Provide precise and detailed information on all our products
- Opening and Closing duties and checklists
- Perform basic operations on Shopkeep operating systems
- Clean and sanitize surfaces including stocking and restocking of bathrooms
- Perform quickly under high pressure situations such as busy events
- Have the cognitive abilities to know when to discontinue alcohol service to an inebriated individual. This includes gaining a MAST permit within the first 30 days.
- Basic food prep operations. This includes gaining a state food worker’s permit withing the first 30 days.
- High value on customer service and guest happiness.
- High precision to detail. Advanced precision with numbers, line items, product codes, etc.
- Serving and waiting on tables, drink preparation, timeliness.
Required Work Experience
- 4 years in Customer Service Industry
- 1-2 years in Wine or Craft Beer Industry
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.66 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
