Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting cafe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to create beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of products
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance the overall cafe experience
