Duties And Responsibilities
- Strong sales skills with a focus consultative selling approach
- Assist customers in selecting the best exterior home services.
- Maintain a positive attitude and customer-first approach.
- Be knowledge of products and services offered, as well as the industry.
- Overcoming objections through value building in our product and brand
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from interested consumers.
- Participate in regular training and coaching sessions.
- Demonstrate active listening skills to present additional opportunities.
- Ability to build rapport, create value-based presentations, and address concerns.
- Build and manage a sustainable pipeline.
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores through rapport building and relationships.
- Convert inquiries to sales through established sales techniques.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of sales experience required.
- 2 years of call center experience preferred.
- High level of sales acumen
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
- Motivated and energetic.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Computer skills and internet navigation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
