We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Operations Representative to join our Nedap Inc. team in Burlington, MA. This role involves the administration of an automated order flow, inventory management, internal and external vendor sourcing, and dispatch of orders to customers across North America. As the key liaison between our sales team, vendors, and customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, accurate order fulfillment, and exceptional customer satisfaction while contributing to innovative solutions in a global business environment.
What you'll do:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues, providing accurate information, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Support operational efficiency through project coordination, process improvements, and collaboration on cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage inventory flows, including forecasting, replenishment, and reconciliation, while ensuring efficient domestic and international logistics.
- Oversee customer account records, documentation, and compliance with tax regulations, maintaining transparency and audit readiness.
- Leverage expertise: Use your product and industry knowledge to align with customer needs and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Support diverse projects which can include but is not limited to: process improvements, system upgrades, marketing and sales support functions
What we're looking for:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve problems and exercise independent critical thinking.
- Proficiency in ERP software and advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A self-starter with a "go-figure-it-out" mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll bring:
Experience: Three to five years of customer service, supply chain & logistics or inventory management
Other Requirements:
This is a hybrid role based out of our Burlington, MA office with at least 2-3 days per week in office for collaboration, training, or team events. The candidate must be eligible for employment in the United States, hold a valid US driver’s license and be able to travel domestically or internationally (to our HQ in the Netherland) 10% of the time.
Prolonged Desk Work: Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, requiring good posture and ergonomic practices. Lifting Requirements: Must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing 15-20 pounds.

Salary range based on experience level and location is estimated to be in the range of $65 000 to $75 000
