Job Summary:
Nederman has multiple engineering opportunities open at the North American Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC. In this 3-4 months internship, you will work closely in conjunction with other engineers and teams to design and communicate product solutions to Nederman customers. You will use your skills and further build your experience and knowledge.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare preliminary drawings, schematics, technical specifications for new and existing products and end user projects.
Prepare cost and lead time information to support the solutions sales process.
Support engineers to create and modify approved designs to reduce product cost, performance issues, and standardize/ modularize current product offerings for the Americas.
QualificationsYour Education and Experience
Currently a 2nd year or above in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ BSME Program
Intern experience in an industrial environment a plus
Your Skills & Traits:
AutoCAD proficiency required
Microsoft Office proficiency required.
Great communication and time management skills.
