Regional Sales Manager - US Northeast Region Trenton, SC   Excited about joining a renowned global industry leader in its commitment to advancing clean air solutions?    At Nederman, Our mission is to protect people, planet, and production from harmful effects of industrial processes.  By doing that, we contribute to efficient production, environmental benefits, and safer workplaces.  Clean air is a cornerstone of sustainable production.   Menardi LLC was acquired by the Nederman Group in 2012 and is an independent brand in the Duct & Filter Technology (D&FT) division, one of Nederman’s four divisions.  With over 110 years of dedicated service, we have honed our craft and developed a reputation for excellence that sets us apart in the industry.  As part of the Nederman Clean Air Company, Menardi takes pride in being a part of the Clean Air Journey by improving people’s working environment to create clean air.   Job Summary:   This role manages the sales of company’s products and services within a defined database.  Ensures consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and deployment of strategies.  Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short-term and long-term sales and earnings.   What you will do:   Using multiple means, prospect new business, manage inbound customer inquiries, and grow existing business in order to generate sales.  Document information gathered from customers in the CRM system.  Meet sales metric requirements, financial goals and corporate objectives. Perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiates sale price and discounts. Provide Technical consultation.  Create and execute long-term and short term strategy.  Be responsible for growth of new accounts as well as focus on maintaining existing accounts.  Work with current customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs. Ability to create opportunities, understand customer drivers, negotiate and close orders. Ability to value sell in a price competitive industry. Accurately forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual revenue stream. Implements specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all product categories consistent with Menardi's goals and overall strategy. Travel up to 67% of the time, complete all visit reports and other documentation in a timely fashion. Travel at or under budget, travel smart with adequate planning. Selling on market price (not GM) for your Region based on your experience and knowledge of competition. Help develop procedures for quicker sales, paperwork, quick reference sheets, etc for Sales team. We believe you have:   Your Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience (preferred) Minimum 1 years of technical sales experience in aftermarket sales (preferred).  Experience in industrial applications is a plus.   Your Skills & Traits Exceptional interpersonal communication, team, and networking skills to ensure long-term success.   Negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills Innately curious – wanting to understand customer problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including skills in delivering persuasive presentations in a variety of settings.
