Position Overview:
Nedia Enterprises is seeking a Sales Representative with a proven track record in the textile industry, specializing in both engineered textiles and home textiles. You will be responsible for leading our sales strategy in the national merchandise retail sector, working closely with senior leadership, and driving growth in national accounts. This role requires expertise in B2B sales, retail account management, and a deep understanding of national retail dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Nedia's textile products, focusing on national merchandise retailers.
- Manage and grow relationships with key national retail accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent revenue growth.
- Lead B2B sales efforts, negotiating contracts and terms with retail partners, ensuring the alignment of product offerings with retail needs.
- Stay on top of retail trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Support marketing efforts by collaborating with the team on promotional campaigns and product positioning.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.
- Conduct regular sales performance analysis and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience in the textile industry, specifically with textile products for national retail and merchandise retail.
- Proven track record of managing national accounts and successfully driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and retail account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
