Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Medical Imager/X-ray/CT is:
- Prep and screen patients appropriately for imaging procedures.
- Produce diagnostic images of parts of the human body for use in diagnosing medical problems.
- Explain and perform radiologic procedure with consideration to the level of understanding and age appropriateness for the patient.
- Able to assess patient pain by interfering with imaging procedures - makes appropriate physician contact for intervention.
- Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.

An ideal Candidate would have the following qualifications:
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists- Currently Registered- Radiography, and CT Required
- A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred, but not required. Current compliance with continuing education credit requirements
- Current BCLS certification Required
- 2 years experienced preferred
- We are willing to train the CT portion for the right candidate.
Certification Requirements
- ARRT
- BLS
- NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
State License Requirements
- New Hampshire
Additional License Requirements
- NH MIRT must be in-hand
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
