Job Details:
Title: RN Med Surg
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Job Type: Temporary (Contract 13 weeks)
Tentative Start Date: 4/14/2025
Shift: Afternoons - 3:00 PM - 11:30 AM (8hours)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours weekly
Requirements -
- 2 years current MS experience
- Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED
- Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a Med/Surg environment, including patient assessment and IV insertion.
- Administer medications and perform catheterization and tube feeding as needed.
- Utilize EHR systems, such as Meditech, for accurate documentation and patient management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support critical care when necessary.
- Monitor vital signs and implement basic life support protocols as required.
