Ultimately, you should be able to respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism in order to strengthen loyalty and increase repeat purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries by utilizing customer relationship management systems.
- Provide solutions to customers and answer complex questions on products and services.
- Promote daily deals and process orders.
- Manage account information working with other departments in the company to provide personalized service for repeat customers.
- Suggest new products or bundles to drive up sales.
- Receive feedback from customers and provide prompt responses to resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales.
