As a Birthday Party Host at our family entertainment center, you will play a vital role in creating
unforgettable and joyful experiences for guests celebrating their special occasions. Your energy,
enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service skills will ensure that birthday parties and events
run smoothly, leaving guests with cherished memories. This job description outlines the primary
responsibilities and qualifications required for the position.
Responsibilities:
1. Event Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee birthday parties and special events, ensuring all details are well-
organized and executed.
- Interact with party organizers to understand their preferences, expectations, and
requirements.
2. Guest Interaction:
- Welcome and engage party guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Foster a positive and festive atmosphere throughout the event.
3. Activities and Games:
- Lead and facilitate entertainment activities, games, and attractions for party guests.
- Ensure that all participants are engaged and having a great time.
4. Food and Beverage Service:
- Assist in serving food, drinks, and birthday cake to party attendees.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and refreshments.
5. Gift Management:
- Help organize and manage gifts, ensuring they are placed in a designated area for the guest
of honor.
- Coordinate the safekeeping of gifts during the event.
6. Safety and Supervision:
- Ensure the safety of all party attendees during activities and games.
- Follow safety protocols and address any concerns promptly.
