We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning, buffing, and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Conduct buffing and polishing of vehicle surfaces to restore shine and remove imperfections.
- Apply window tinting as needed, following company guidelines for quality and safety.
- Wash and vacuum vehicles, ensuring all carpets, upholstery, and surfaces are clean and free of debris.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that need addressing before detailing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Drive vehicles as necessary within the facility for cleaning purposes.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and products used in vehicle detailing.
- Experience in buffing and polishing vehicles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
