Under the direction of the Cash Management Team Leader, performs all required functions in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines with Cash Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- RSA Token assignments and activations
- Various Business mobile banking/mobile deposit topics.
- Assist with updating of procedures, policies, FDICIA guidelines and risk assessments
- Process all daily work as deemed necessary for Cash Management requests
- Assist with Monthly Reporting of all Cash Management areas, including RDC, Wire, ACH and Online Banking systems
- Perform research at a supervisor's request
- Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and evaluates/recommends technologies to promote departmental efficiency
- Participation in project teams to facilitate process improvement, system implementation, conversions and data management functions
- Attend meetings and take minutes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Pursuit of a college degree in Business, Finance or related field
- Strong knowledge and aptitude for banking, bank regulations, payments, wires and customer service
- Interest in Banking preferred
