The NEEDS Center is providing an online Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from William James College TUITION FREE for our eligible full-time employees.
We are also offering dedicated Management Training and a $1,500 - $2,000 sign-on bonus to hired Full Time candidates.
The NEEDS Center is a growing non-profit organization and right now we have 10 openings for Direct Care Specialists who will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living. This is a role where you can truly make a difference in the lives of others.
- Full-time and Part-time positions available in our residential home in the Merrimack Valley area .
- These positions are primarily either second shift, overnights, and / or weekends.
These are entry-level jobs with great potential for career growth and training is provided

The NEEDS Center specializes in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There is a particular emphasis on providing services to individuals with interfering challenging behavior and / or dual diagnosis. The NEEDS Center’s philosophy is rooted in the tenets of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Positive Behavior Support (PSB). The services and supports provided by the NEEDS Center draw on the best of both disciplines in order to assist individuals to become as independent as they can be.
