All eligible full-time employees at The NEEDS Center can apply to get their online Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from William James College TUITION FREE (yes, you read that right!) .
We also provide dedicated Management Training and a $1,500 - $2,000 sign-on bonus to hired Full Time candidates.
The NEEDS Center is a growing non-profit organization that provides services and support to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Right now we have 10 openings for Direct Care Specialists who will assist and support the adults in our care to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living. This is a role where you can truly make a difference in the lives of others.
- Full-time and Part-time positions available in our residential home in Danvers, Boxford & Rowley .
- These positions are primarily either second shift, overnights, and / or weekends.
- Pay is $20-$22 per hour

The NEEDS Center specializes in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There is a particular emphasis on providing services to individuals with interfering challenging behavior and / or dual diagnosis. The NEEDS Center’s philosophy is rooted in the tenets of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Positive Behavior Support (PSB). The services and supports provided by the NEEDS Center draw on the best of both disciplines in order to assist individuals to become as independent as they can be.
