Location: Boston (Financial District)
Yearly Salary: $60,000-$70,000 plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus! (Half paid after the successful completion of orientation and half after 6 mos)

What Youll Do
As a Senior ABA Therapist, youll implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to support skill development and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing clinical programming as designed by the BCBA and Lead Teacher.
- Collecting and recording accurate data to track progress.
- Participating in team meetings to enhance programming and collaboration.
- Supporting individuals in community activities such as classes, sports lessons, and other outings.
- Ensuring consistency in programming across different environments, including travel.
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with families, team members, and supervisors.
- Advocating for and safeguarding individuals rights.
- Completing all required training and maintaining relevant certifications.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Experience with ABA-based programming.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it).
