We are seeking a Sr. Program Coordinator for our Cape Division!
Now offering a $3,250 SIGN-ON BONUS ($1,625 upon hire and $1,625 after 6 months of employment) to hired Full Time candidates.
The Senior Program Coordinator (SPC) is responsible for coordination and supervision of all daily operations of their assigned program site(s); design and implementation of all educational and clinical programs of assigned clients; design, implementation, and training of all educational and clinical programs; ISP development, reporting and monitoring; supervision and evaluation of the staff; oversight of all operational systems within and connected to the site(s).
Responsibilities include:
- Serves as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice.
- Supervises Program Coordinator, Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of a residential program(s).
- Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- At least three years previous supervisory experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Communication skills must include accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Maturity, good judgment, and ability to handle confidential information. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities of multiple program sites.
- Must be proficient in First Aid/CPR, Safety Care.
- MAP Certification required.
- Must be able to meet all the Essential Functions of the position.
- Must have a valid drivers license.

The NEEDS Center specializes in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There is a particular emphasis on providing services to individuals with interfering challenging behavior and/or dual diagnosis. The services and supports provided by the NEEDS Center draw on the best of both disciplines in order to assist individuals to become as independent as they can be. Our primary coverage area is the northeast region of Massachusetts.
