Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant who will provide crucial support to the owner and team by assisting with Amazon Seller Central tasks, managing emails, and helping with organizational projects. Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistant support to the owner, including email management, scheduling, document organization, and personal tasks as needed.
- Assist with the coordination of internal projects, help organize meetings, and maintain calendars for the owner.
- Handle buyer-seller messaging on Amazon, Ebay, and Walmart, ensuring timely, professional, and helpful communication with customers.
- Assist with Excel / Google Sheets reporting, including but not limited to sales tracking, inventory management, and order fulfillment reports.
- Maintain and organize various administrative and operational files, ensuring all documentation is current and easy to access.
- Assist the Marketing, Ordering, and Compliance teams with cross-functional tasks across all three eCommerce platforms: Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, ensuring smooth operations and consistent execution.
Skills
- Previous experience in administrative or personal assistant roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including the ability to create reports, use formulas, and analyze data.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and quality.
Preferred:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Walmart.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Drive).
- Experience in managing personal assistant duties and helping with various personal tasks for a business owner.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
