Requirements
- Willing to work in Neeeco's Community Partnership towns
- Team Player with integrity who is outgoing and personable
- Ability to effectively communicate benefits to homeowners
- Comfortable going into basements, attics, and crawl spaces
- Proficiency with computers and office programs
- Sales Proficiency
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough energy audits in residential properties to assess energy usage and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for energy-efficient upgrades and solutions to homeowners.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized energy-saving plans.
- Document audit findings and present detailed reports to clients.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during site visits and audits.
Compensation
- Target range $80,000 to $130,000 a year
- Company vehicle and gas card provided
