Neel-Schaffer seeks responses from qualified applicants for the position of CEI Project Manager to join our South Carolina team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing a wide variety of construction-related projects. These projects primarily include transportation systems such as grading, paving, bridge repair, bridge construction, earth work, roadway widening, parking lots, pedestrian pathways and more.
Project management and construction experience are required. Travel will also be required.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Civil Engineer.
- 10 years of experience managing construction related projects.
- Experience and familiarity with working with the SCDOT.
- Experience leading and managing construction staff.
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Valid driver’s license.
