Dynamics CRM Tech Lead/Senior Developer in Washington, DC. This role focuses on the configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics CRM solutions, with a strong emphasis on C# and .NET development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Develop plugins, custom actions, and workflows for Dynamics CRM.
- Manage solution deployment processes within Dynamics 365.
- Conduct fitment analysis of customer requirements for Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Perform performance tuning for Dynamics 365 applications.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver technology-enabled business transformation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics CRM.
- Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming concepts, including writing plugins and custom workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 deployment processes and security models.
Experience with .NET Framework Version 4.7.1 or above, including WCF and Web API.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with SQL Server 2012 or above and SSRS for custom reporting.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Portal.
- Experience with XRM Toolbox and Azure DevOps.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with MVC, Entity Framework, and Enterprise Library.
