Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our manufacturing facility ensuring that product is built to drawings, materials are handled, stored, and shipped effectively. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes to move materials throughout the warehouse. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management. Build and assemble pallets for shipping, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety standards. Assist in materials handling, including loading and unloading trucks. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and maintain organization within the facility. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus. Ability to operate an order picker or similar machinery effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
