Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team and cover the Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and Oklahoma territory. This role is critical to maintaining and expanding our business relationships with key clients, including insurance adjusters, property claims managers, and subrogation law firms. The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter with a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, property claims managers, and subrogation law firms within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share by reaching out to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction with NEFCO’s services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with the broader NEFCO sales team to implement best practices and strategies.
- Utilize and maintain CRM system
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or forensic investigation industry.
- Strong understanding of the insurance claims process is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
