Shift Details :
- Full-Time : Monday – Friday
- Pay Rate : Up to $22.00 / hour
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate Appointments : Schedule and confirm residents' medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential services.Manage Transportation : Arrange reliable transportation to ensure timely arrivals and departures.Communicate Effectively : Act as the primary liaison between residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff regarding appointment details and updates.Maintain Records : Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation of appointments, transportation arrangements, and resident needs.Problem-Solve : Address scheduling conflicts promptly, ensuring continuity of care.Support Families : Provide families with updates and guidance, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.Administrative Assistance : Assist with related administrative duties to support resident care as needed.Qualifications :
Licensure : Valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to pass a PA D.O.T Physical.Experience : Previous experience in healthcare or geriatrics is a plus.Preferred Credentials : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification preferred but not required.Strong organizational and communication skills.What We Offer :
