Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain store management calendars.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for deliveries and store-related needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
