Position Summary
We’re looking for talented and energetic Bartenders who know how to pour personality into every drink. You’ll be serving up handcrafted cocktails, signature drinks like the McClure Mule and Rum Punch Reloaded, and offering an unforgettable experience at the bar. Bartenders must be confident, efficient, and customer-focused with a flair for curating a vibe.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails and beverages to recipe specifications
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar at all times
- Engage with guests and create a memorable bar experience
- Upsell bottle service and specialty drinks during brunch and dinner service
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with Ohio law
- Assist with inventory tracking and bar prep
Qualifications
- 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Must be 21 and have or be willing to obtain a valid liquor serving certification
