Overview:
NeGail’s Restaurant & Lounge is where culture, flavor, and vibe collide. We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented Hospitality Director to oversee all large party bookings, bottle service, and special event experiences. This role is key in elevating the guest experience for private celebrations, VIP occasions, and full restaurant rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all large party bookings (groups of 9 or more), including birthdays, celebrations, and VIP events.
- Create custom event packages and coordinate private dining experiences that align with the NeGail’s brand.
- Oversee bottle service, hookah packages, and VIP add-ons to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Serve as the point of contact for guests renting the private dining room or the entire venue for private events.
- Work directly with the kitchen, bar, and owner to develop event menus, upscale add-ons, and signature service experiences.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless execution of high-volume or high-profile events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
