Position Summary
The Host/Hostess is the first impression of NeGail’s. We’re looking for welcoming, organized, and stylish individuals who can greet guests, manage reservations, and help maintain the energy of our space.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Manage waitlist and seating chart using reservation software
- Answer phones, manage to-go orders or event inquiries
- Coordinate with servers and bussers to ensure smooth table turnover
- Uphold the overall vibe and tone of the guest experience
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Comfortable handling high-traffic flow with poise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with OpenTable or similar systems is a plus
- Punctuality and professionalism required
